Gledhill will soon be inviting installers to come and visit its Manufacturing Centre of Excellence for Stainless Steel located in Blackpool.

With over 90 years’ experience manufacturing cylinders, we’re now giving you the chance to see how Gledhill’s precision, innovation and dedicated workforce ensures that each and every stage of Gledhill’s stainless steel production is carried out using expert skills, effective processes and mastered techniques.

This means that you’ll get to see firsthand how our flagship StainlessLite Plus range is made, from its first inception to its finished look.

You’ll be personally guided around our Blackpool factory by our Product Manager who’ll show you each manufacturing process and be there to answer any questions you may have about Gledhill. Over 115,000 square feet, Gledhill’s Manufacturing Centre of Excellence for Stainless Steel houses over 100 employees and produces over 5,000 cylinders per month.

 

Escorted through the four core production areas of the factory, you’ll experience our specialist procedures to produce the highest quality cylinders in performance and reliability. You’ll receive an in depth overview of our product ranges, see our rigorous testing stations, gain an understanding of our logistics & unique distribution network and much more. We’ll even be providing breakfast and you’ll leave with your very own Gledhill goodie bag!
