Gledhill, leading manufacturer of hot water cylinders, has revamped its market-leading range of StainlessLite hot water cylinders to launch a brand new product collection.
Designed in-house by Gledhill’s technical team at its Blackpool production facility, the new StainlessLite portfolio includes the StainlessLite Plus range developed specifically for one-off installers, the StainlessLite Pro for contractors and StainlessLite Pre-Plumbed, which is designed to provide a plug and play solution specifically for the new build market.
The StainlessLite Plus range replaces Gledhill’s existing StainlessLite cylinders and offers a fresh new look, with improved shape and styling. The new collection offers a wide range of capacity options and retains Gledhill’s impressive selection of models, including slimline cylinders, units designed specifically for use with renewables and a horizontal cylinder perfect for installation in loft spaces. The range also retains its unique lightweight build, allowing for an easier installation and making it the lightest cylinder on the market.
The new design features a flat base for increased stability and a flat top which allows for 20 per cent more insulation. This has improved ErP ratings for StainlessLite models across the range, securing a B rating for the 210 indirect cylinders. The new cylinders are complemented by colour-co-ordinated pale grey components across the new range, ensuring a unified and instantly recognisable aesthetic, while revised tapping positions provide a smooth installation for all applications.
The new StainlessLite Pro range for the contract market incorporates the same design innovation, updating Gledhill’s existing range of contract market cylinders. StainlessLite Pro units are designed to offer the same appearance, energy-efficient performance and maintenance requirements for legacy management as the StainlessLite Plus range.
Available in 120-300 litre capacity indirect models, the StainlessLite Pre-Plumbed models also carry through Gledhill’s design innovation and improved energy performance across the range, providing an ideal plug and play solution for new residential schemes, including modular buildings.
